  • If you stay at hotels long enough.. every 50 or so times you will hit a real stinker where the place is so poorly managed that you need to get up - leave and stay elsewhere. This is the place to avoid. Try to contact the management and you won't get anywhere. I am thinking of contacting the Hilton group about Karen Sullivan the general manager of this zoo and getting some answers as to why we were treated so badly. No fridge, Microwave or working shower. The rooms smell of smoke and were so noisy from the construction that we had to leave to get some sleep. This was a real rip off.
