  • The location is great! Leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly. The apartments are wood construction, so you do hear neighbors above you and some hall noise. The building is supposed to be smoke-free, but we've had several issues with residents smoking on their balconies and the smoke comes right into our apartment. However, the leasing office quickly handled. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking overall. We were told moving in at the end of 2015 that parking would not be an issue and there was no price quoted for an additional parking spot. (we're in a 1 bedroom, with 2 vehicles). Just this past week, we were informed we are only allotted 1 parking spot and an additional spot is $225 per month. Just make sure you ask about this prior to moving in, we would have been ahead to either chose another apartment building or a 2 bedroom had we been told this information ahead of time.
