rev:text	People who are complaining about the price just... shouldn't... live here. They're "luxury apartments" in a good part of town, of course they're going to be pricey, what the hell did you expect? Don't be an asshole and give a one-star review because of a price you AGREED to pay. Gimme a break. Despite being on a corner of two busy streets, the noise really isn't bad-- you can only hear cars driving by when you're outside. It will not keep you awake. This place is sort of pricey but I am paying the same amount I payed in Flagstaff and up there I lived in the shittiest place with zero amenities so this is a huge upgrade for me at the same price I'm used to. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. When I had a maintenance issue, they took care of it the same day. Trash valet is available which BLEW my mind. Just leave your trash outside your door and they'll get it for you. The complex is smoke-friendly. There's a 24 hour business center with free printing, 24 hour pool, gym, and a cool little clubhouse. So lots of amenities for what you're paying. The office staff are SO nice and helpful. Katie is the one who helped me with the move in paperwork and lease, and I love seeing her and catching up with her. They're genuinely interested in who you are and will treat you with respect. Overall this is a great place to live. If you have the budget, or a couple roomies to split the rent with, it's definitely worth it. (It sounds like I got paid for this review but I promise I didn't-- they should pay me though because it's a damn good review)
