  • I've lived at The Equestrian for almost a year now, but will be leaving to move back to Tempe soon for work. It's very quiet, nobody makes a lot of noise and I can even leave my windows open when it's not too hot. I had a garbage disposal quit in my sink and maintenance replaced it within a couple of days. Other than that I haven't had any problems. If you''re considering moving here I assume it's for work, because there isn't much out here.. There's an Albertsons and Safeway nearby, but everything else is a bit of a drive. We're almost to Fountain Hills out here. Overall I had a positive experience.. I don't dig the area, but the apartment was good.
