  • This hotel has no heart. I made a reservation through booking.com and a few days later my father passed away. I knew of the policy and emailed the property to see if they could give me break. They still charged me over four hundred dollars for a five night stay. My FATHER IS dead folks. Do you think you could give me a break? This is not hospitality as I know it. Karma baby
