  • I found this place through a google search back in October, when I was looking for a media digitization service to convert some old home-movie footage from film and VHS to DVD. Though the VHS footage was converted pretty quickly, I was still waiting on the film to DVD conversion as of last week, over 6 months after dropping off the film. No calls to me to explain the delay, and whenever I called for the first several months, I was told simply that "I don't have that back yet." I finally got to the bottom of why there was such a delay around Easter, when I went by to pick up what was actually ready. I guess the company that does the film to DVD transfer had to order a part to fix the machine, and the part is not available. Now I've been trying for several weeks to pick up the film and get my money back, that was required 100% up front. This is a very badly run business by a very neglectful owner, and I do NOT recommend it for anyone.
