I started a personal training program with Angie Greene 4.5 months ago, and I've never looked back. We completed a fitness and body assessment, and Angie did a thorough evaluation/questionnaire of what I'm looking for (weight loss/muscle/tone/target areas?). From the initial assessment, she built me a personalized 4-day training program: 2 days with her at the gym, and 2 days on my own. I started seeing results immediately and in the areas where I wanted to focus on, and we continue to build on strength, energy and nutrition each week. Angie is supportive, motivational and works with me through good days and bad. I've quit my other very trendy Cleveland gym, and am fully committed to Angie and the Tremont Athletic Club experience.
