  • Absolutely miserable experience from start to finish. When we arrived it was late about 11pm the front desk attendant took over 25 mins to check the group in that was in front of us.when she finally got to us I stressed over and over and over to use the cash that I left as a deposit and not my card. Than the room, which smelled bad. The pillows smelled the worst like BO. Got room service and the food was not edible at 60 dollars. Than when I went to check out after 15 minutes of the front desk worker attempted to explain why theres was several more charges she also explained that the cash I left would be left back on my card with no real explanation other than she usually works nights....... I stay in Vegas 1-2 times a month and hard rock was one of my favorite spots but I won't ever return to this terrible stank place again Update: they have returned my 100 but I haven't heard from anyone management or hotel staff
