  • Had an appointment scheduled to get my back checked out. Check in process was easy and front office and nurse taking vitals were great. However, the woman who identified herself as my provider was very rude and short. She asked me what level of pain I was in and whether I had injured myself. She asked me to move my legs and in a matter of fact way declared that I had degenerative disc disease. She didn't want to even confirm her diagnosis (which took all of 3 minutes) through an x-ray or scan and I had to ask her to put in a request for that. It is not okay to not only make rash diagnosis, but to not explain what a diagnosis really is and insult the patient. She asked how old I was and said I was "getting up there" (um, I'm 30). I will NEVER return here. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am and for the 3 minutes she took out of her day to take care of me, there was no reason why I should've been there for an hour.
