I have gotten my nails done here a few times and leave content most of the time. The only reason I come here is because they're the only nail salon that does dip nails.
I feel as if I am not welcome every time I come in. All the nail technicians just stare as soon as you walk in and they do not say a word, which I find very uncomfortable. Every time I have gotten my nails done it felt like the nail technicians were in a hurry. The most recent time I visited my nail tech left and receptionist had to come over to put on the cuticle oil and lotion on my hands. Another time I visited it felt as if they were overbooked and my nail tech was trying to finish my nails as soon as possible. He eventually cut my skin while shaving off the inside of my nails. I told him he cut me and I was slightly bleeding but all he said was sorry and brushed it off as if nothing happened.
I also find it odd that we have to pay additional $10 for cuticle care. Every other nail shop I've been to never charged so I thought it was a little strange.
I was slightly disappointed in my most recent manicure because some of my nails looked like a bubble. Which I find ugly. (Pictured below).
Besides the uncomfortable vibe, below average service, and my last mani session, the dip nails are amazing. My nails feel strong and they do not break as easily as they used to.
