  • Great venue to have an event but be careful of the bar service package you order. This is where they will take advantage of your money and the package you paid for. I had a wedding and we paid for the premium bar service and the bartenders told my guest that they do not have certain products on hand when it was supposed to be included in the premium bar package. Not only that one of their male bartenders had terrible customer service skills and treated my guests rudely. The bartender turn down my guests when asked to make a cocktail that was approved by the venue. When I directed all these issues to Jordan and Rachel they both did nothing for compensation.
