  • I have been to Riviera with friends before, but this is the first time I have been a guest. I used the "self check-in." The machine held the standard deposit on my card and had me check-in, but at the end it said "see front desk attendant to complete check-in." Several people behind me had the same issue. So after waiting in line to use the self check-in the lady at the front desk told me I had to stand in the main line. By this point I have already been waiting twenty minutes. I only stayed here for the convenience (I am attending a convention across the street). However, this is not convenient at all. I wait 20 mins for the self check-in and then 25 minutes in the main line. We all have days we don't want to be at work, but this attendant was so slow,rude, and unhelpful. You definitely get what you pay for. Horrible service and a mediocre room.
