This is THE place to go for a serious, spin class, workout. I've been going since June of 2015 and haven't stopped yet! The instructors are enthusiastic, and JUST when you think you're running out of steam, they say something motivational and you're back in the game.
The room is dimly lit (which I love, because, no one needs to see me all drenched in sweat and panting like crazy). The music is loud and can go from Lindsey Stirling to Drake in 2 minutes (again, I love this - the music selection and volume is what keeps me going!), aaaand there's a disco ball - What's not to love?! You can go at your own pace and are never called out by the instructor or made to feel that you aren't working out hard enough.
The first class is free! Someone will help you get comfortable on your bike and adjust the seat / handlebars to your liking, then those measurements go in your profile so you can remember how to adjust your bike for your next class. They provide towels at each bike.
Shout out to Whitney the instructor: You're awesome and never disappoint! My legs are jello right now thanks to all those isolations!
If I can one day master the art of simultaneously talking AND spinning, I would consider becoming a Flyght pilot instructor.
