  • Probably one of the WORST offices. My 1st appointment I was rescheduled due to the doctor not being in the 2nd appointment ( considered 1st due to rescheduled) Dr. Howard rushed making what should of been a big day for us as this is our first child just a quick fast visit. Our 2nd follow up for the 8 week appointment we got to the office at our appointment time and was told he would not be in for a while.. (3 hours) so we returned when the office called us saying he was back in the office.. we waited another hour to get seen and our ultrasound photos were horrible and our visit time was maybe 10 minutes because he was so far behind with patients and it was already an hour past close time. For our 3rd and final appointment with this office we called 30 minutes prior to showing up and they said he wasn't in the office and to come in an hour later then scheduled time so we did and showed up to him still not in the office.. we waited an additional hour and a half for him to arrive and get seen. On a prior visit he said he was looking for an assistant but 5 weeks later still didn't have one hired. Obviously you never know when someone is going to go into labor but if you are always late to the office maybe an assistant is a must.
