  • AYCE sushi! It's been a few years since we've been back to Vegas, and we wanted to find a good sushi spot, and I think we may have. For us the sushi rolls were good, but not great. The nigiri however was actually perfect! The ratio of rice to fish was perfect. The rice was perfect, not too dry or wet. The fish tasted fresh and not too small or large. The cut of fish was great. I'm a sucker for sushi spots with "super white" and was not disappointed! The appetizers were really good for us. I had the Monkey brains and was very impressed. Dessert was on spot too. We had the deep fried ice cream, which was prefect and the mochi ice cream. The mochi wasn't your normal mochi you can pick up at Trader Joe's either. My only complaint was you could only have one order of mochi per person. :( The service was good. We were the only ones there at first because we came in pretty early for dinner. We had one incident where they sent our deep fried ice cream to another table, but overall we would come back!
