  • Terrible customer service at this branch. The lady behind the counter inside lacks the ability to be friendly. Same person each time I have had to go inside. Just smile once in awhile! Their website is clumsy. Online check depositing does not work due their poor application. It seems they are behind the times. Loan rates have been uncompetitive so far for us. They make it very difficult to do business with them. Love the idea of a credit union, but so far, not digging this one. Plan on looking elsewhere to refinance. Hopefully, another credit union. Fingers crossed that this is not the norm for credit unions in AZ
