  • Phoned in with a large order and they handled it without any issue, except they made a minor mistake with taking the order for one of the drinks. Other than that, service was pleasant and nothing special. Quality of the drinks is as you'd expect from Chatime more widely (in other words, quite decent and definitely above-average as far as bubble tea places go). Like most Chatime locations, it is relatively small with very limited seating avaiable. Plaza is also a disaster at night and especially on weekends; parking situation is absolutely horrendous.
