| - I've lived at Falling Water for 5 years. Until the last year and a half, it would have gotten 4-5 stars. But the new management team (after 3 years of constant turnover) WON'T FIX ANYTHING. That was always my favorite thing about this place . . . same day, efficient service. But, for example, in the clubhouse, the glass door to the racquetball court (which makes up a big part of the back wall of the court) has now been missing for MORE THAN SIX MONTHS (which renders the court, which I used to use every day, useless, because the ball goes out into the weight room on every single point).
Look for it during your tour, and ask them how long the door has been missing. They'll lie and say a week, and that it will be replaced next week. (I know, because that's what they've been telling me for six months, and I live here!) It won't be.
I've complained i don't know how many times, and the office staff keeps telling me they took measurements and are working on it . . . but no door. And no door. And no door. Seriously, this is a one-week fix, but they are just lazy and incompetent when it comes to repairs now.
If you take a tour, look at the racquetball court. Note the missing door. And know that that's the way things are at Falling Water now. There's no sign of it getting better, only worse
I wish I could recommend them like I used to, but I can't. Go somewhere else, you'll thank me.
