  • Whether I buy my clothes in Ohio, Phoenix, New York, or Los Angeles I've never managed to find a suit that fits me off the rack - 6'2", 42R, with a 32" waist and 33" inseam just isn't something that designers tailor to these days - and as such it is important to me to have a good alterations company nearby - something I found with the ladies at Alterations Inc. Like most skilled trades, whether it be mechanical or electronic or (in this case) fabric there is certainly a "get what you pay for" aspect and although prices here are a bit higher than average they did a great job with both an old pair of jeans that needed a repair and an Etro suit whose pant legs required finishing. Friendly and helpful but with variable hours you're best off calling ahead but once you get your clothing in their hands you can rest assured the results will be good.
