  • I stayed on one of the upper floors here for 5 nights in May 2016. The room was comfortable with good beds and pillows. The bathroom was spacious...which is great since my friend and I usually fight over counterspace. There were lots of little amenities, like the nail file & orange stick, shoehorn and sewing kit (look in the cabinet int he closet). The staff was lovely to work with from the cleaning staff to the desk crew. Very easy to work with. My friend got room service several times and said it was prompt. Location was very convenient since my conference was next door at the convention center. I was very happy to have the hotel attached when the weather turned bad while we were there. The room rate was very reasonable considering the location and the exchange rate.
