| - This review is strictly about trying to get a service estimate using their website. Same issue with Findlay Toyota. If you go to "contact us" and "service," a chat window opens. All I want is an estimate for having the struts & shocks replaced on my civic (it was for another service issue with Findlay Toyota). I was asked for my email address so a service manager could send me the information, which is fine. I shouldn't have to then provide my VIN or my last name, or anything else, or be asked to email a service manager so he can discuss my needs. All I should have to do is tell them the year and model of my vehicle and get a simple, straight answer. Maybe I'm expecting too much.
Update. Five minutes later, I get two emails from their Sales department:
"Thank you for submitting your vehicle request on a 2016 Civic Sedan..."
"Thank you for your inquiry and giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Our Internet Team will be contacting you shortly with valuable information on the vehicle you requested such as availability and options. Why Buy from us? ....."
How irritating!
Oh, another update. 15 minutes after going to an independent Japanese repair shop website, I had a complete estimate broken down into hours, labor, parts, and tax. Image that.
