rev:text	Living at San Travesia has been by far my worst experience in renting an apartment. I lived at their sister location, San Milan, and loved it. San Travesia is a poorly ran college party that goes all hours of the night. Our neighbors constantly party, make crazy loud noise, fight after drinking and keep us up all night. I'm currently laying in bed at 1am not able to sleep because the couple above us is fighting at the top of their lungs. I've called security a total of 6-8 times living here and as the noise seems like it goes down, the neighbors just wait a bit and get right back to what they were doing before. I've spoken with management and they have done nothing. I was told, "we will make sure security patrols your building more but we can't let you out of your lease." I have multiple video recordings, call logs with security and multiple disturbances on record. I have pulled out all stops away from getting an attorney involved to get me out of my lease. If you're a college kid looking to party, this is the place for you but if you like your peace and quite, don't want to hear partying, don't want to hear neighbors fighting, or don't want to hear your above neighbors sound like it's a zoo, then STAY AWAY FROM SAN TRAVESIA. Management will do nothing and just shrug their shoulders saying, and I quote, "yeah this is the busier time of year that we get complaints like this." Yet.... they do nothing! Very sad that this is a Mark Taylor property. You've lost my $1500/month business that's for sure.
