  • While not my favorite style of BBQ, I can still recognize how good this place is. I lived in Houston for a couple of years and after tasting Midwood's brisket, I was immediately suspicious their might be a Texan in the kitchen - and I was right. Texas is not known for pulled pork and ribs - nope... it's all about the brisket and sausage. This place nails both and I love that they have an option of lean or fatty brisket. This place might have the best 'cue in Charlotte, although my pallet is better suited for Mac's....
