  • What a project for this company! Thought my yard was maintenance free, but that was not the case. Under the rockery Bermuda grass started growing shortly after moving in. . I had never done yard work so proceeded to obtain bids. Now, I understand from several landscapers that Bermuda grass is the GRRRRRR of all grasses....., extremely hard to get rid of. Received a very competitive bid from WS HOME MAINTENANCE. I found them to be very professional, thorough, considerate with a very high work ethic. They did a beautiful job on my lawn finishing it with an emergent. I was so impressed with them as contractors that I asked for a bid to prune 3 trees at the front of the property. The owner like the bid and upon my recommendation hired them. They were here this morning and worked very quietly. The trees have been pruned and their clean up was excellent. If you are seeking a contractor who has the following characteristics, -Highly Competitive bidding -Strong work ethic -High moral standards -Completes the job -Cleans up very well ........then you will not be disappointed with Mr. Segura and crew!.
