  • 1st recommendation is run, and run away fast. These people do NOT, and I repeat do NOT know what the hell they are doing. If you want a property management group that will not answer service requests, provide you with a condo that has broken furniture and furnishings that need replacing then these guys will be your NEW best friend. If you can imagine your worst nightmare with a landlord/realty group this is it. Your dreams have unfortunately come true. We had multiple units with this company that all had broken everything. From faucets that won't turn on, water heaters that won't work, washing machines that are broken, vents that were missing, units with NO lights. You are seriously better off living at an Extended Stay America then the problems you will have when dealing with Meridian LV. We even had Work Orders for a washing machine not working that took over three months to get fixed. Many times the company claiming a "home warranty" had to be filed and this is what caused the delay. Seriously folks. You could save your self the time, money and hassle and rent a storage space and live there and be more happy then you will if you have do deal with these characters. They will always offer you stories of "we have and a stretch bad luck" or promises of when things will be done. (and things still NOT being done) Believe the hype. This company is bad news all around. I hate to have to be negative, but seriously not to mention the money these guys will take from you, the amount of time of yours they will waste is seriously almost a federal crime. Please Obama, isn't this just a company you could just shut down before they scar and hurt countless other beautiful Las Vegas locals.
