  • Was on Yelp Friday afternoon looking for reviews on snacks in the area. Came across Duo's, which was not that far from me. The only problem is, place closes at 7pm during the week. Was in the area Saturday morning and decided to head over here. As i open up the door, you can feel the smell of butter hit you in the face. The store just opened up and many items were not placed out yet. Quickly ordered, 6 plain croissants and 6 of the figure 8 pastry as they were still on the rack. The croissant was not very exciting and just normal. But, the figure 8 pastry that had an egg custard filling was pretty impressive. I should've waited to see what else was available here but, was in a rush. Price wise, a bit more expensive than your other typical bakeries. Is it worth it? Hard to say right now. It does have lots of potential. Just love the smell of butter in there. Will i come back... yes. Need to see what the store is when fully opened and have to try a few other items to accurately write a review.
