  • ...And here ya'll go with a bullshit response as to management not being made aware of the issues. Your inept management group was made aware of ALL issues. Hence, why I was able to break the lease for free-99 because beyond other documentation given to terminate it- that lease was going to be broken on legal grounds- because your management did some discriminatory shit, by placing that notice on my door without any prior issues or infractions on MY apartment- yet were fully aware of what was going on in the other apartment- causing issues in mines. Yet-didn't do that to the nuisance tenant... Fair Housing would have had to get involved and we both know you all didn't want that problem. Management was FULLY AWARE and didn't do anything besides think I was going to wait until that person was moved. However, found out quickly that they weren't dealing with a dummy; When management violates the rules- the signed for- terms & conditions no longer apply. It would have been in your businesses' best interest to simply be silent and stop trying to refute what I posted- because I will respond. You don't get to try to paint my review out as invalid, nor are you going to allude to readers, that I am lying about my experience or about management not knowing what was happening at that time. BULL. SHIT. Look at all the other 1 star reviews- numbers don't lie and nobody is simply going to give a crappy review of your complex unless they had reason, facts and proof to do so. I'll just post the video of what it sounded like inside of the apartment so we can give other yelpers' a LIVE look at life at Summerlin Entrada and let that video do the talking. You have the right one today... I don't have time, but I will MAKE time. This is the impression given and it is my duty as an actual good tenant, who has lived there at one point, to forewarn anyone else that is a good tenant, looking for somewhere decent to live- to keep looking. Respond to reviews when you can actually defend the complex, I.e. -respond when luxury amenities actually exist, when you are actually screening and managing tenants properly instead of trying to collect that move-in special, stop half-assing repairs & resolve problems such as stoves, refrigerators and sliding doors not working properly prior to move in- which were issues I had upon move-in; replace those chewed up ass water damaged cabinets, fix that entry gate permanently- I mean- let's just be real here; there are a thousand things you could be doing to improve that apartment complex- YET you're too busy responding to YELP reviews. Don't get yourselves twisted up trying to save face. To be honest, if you wanted to save face-you were better off NOT responding. Congratulations. You played yourself. #ihavetimetoday
