It's a busy restaurant. You order the seafood and choose the sauce, later on you'll be served in a table with apron. Seafood is contained in plastic bag, you'll have to ask for the shell fracker and napkins, etc. The taste is actually quite good, I really like the sauces, however it's not too filling only eating lobster/King crab(which are what I ordered), u may need some sides but they only have fries. Service is okay, up to standard and you can always get a server, totally understandable in a busy restaurant! Just a bit expensive, a new style of dining I'd say.
