Saw the good reviews and went with this company for blinds for my new house. The sales person seemed good, made good suggestions and was professional. What I got after that was a disaster.
The roller shades that the sales person said would provide privacy and only allow people to see a "shadow" of light, are so thin that you can see everything in and out.
More than 1/2 of our order (in dollars) had the blinds sized wrong and had to be sent back to Hunter Douglas to be recut. Leaving me without shades a month after I ordered them. Four blinds had the wrong pulls/strings than what were ordered.
The process for Arizona Blinds customer service was awful. They found when they were here on a Tuesday that the blinds didn't fit. They didn't send them back to be re-done until FRIDAY, because it wasn't convenient for the installer to return them to the office. Now we have had to over 10 days to get them back from Hunter Douglas and then they will call and come out to re-install them. We're stuck with no privacy in my bedroom except a sheet strung across the window until then because we took down the paper shades so the installer could work.
Suzanne in Repair never returned my call. I called again and Megan, the head of customer service, looked into it and returned my call. I asked what she would do to make this right, thinking that she would offer to discount $50 so I could replace the paper shades for the time being. Or apologize or something, instead she said, "this is the way we do it."
If I like a place I refer everyone I know. I won't refer Arizona Blinds.
