  • What the heck! Ordered two items for carry out. One was the seafood hot pot soup. We have eaten there many times and usually order that dish- and always ask for zero spiciness since my mother cant eat anything hot. When my family got home and tried the soup, it was so spicy they were all choking on it. They tried calling the restaurant many times and no one was answering the phone. I was on my way home from work when my sister called and asked if I would stop by and pick up a new soup. They refused to give me a refund or remake the soup since they could not verify the spiciness. My sister went back with the soup, they tried it and claimed it was not spicy. We had to ask MULTIPLE times for a refund since the soup container was still FULL since we did not eat it- mind you this was at least 25 min from our house each way. Bad customer service, inconsistent food, rude owner/manager, no one answers the phone, way understaffed. Not eating here anymore.
