  • I filled out the online forms and later in the day she called me to make an appointment. She offered me a date and time I couldn't make. I asked her a question then and she said she had to go, that I should make an appointment online. I didn't really think that was a very positive thing for somebody who would be massaging me, so I didn't make an appointment. Today she called me and told me I missed my appointment this morning. I said, "I didn't have an appointment" and then she hung up on me. My first impression was right. She's NOT for me, and at the high price she charges, well. I won't be visiting Susan.
