After having a bad experience with a salesperson at a 'mega-gym', i went in search of a smaller fitness studio to meet my needs. A google search produced Tone Your Temple in Mint Hill, NC. Now, you must know that I have avoided exercise my entire life - over 40 years! I was in pitiful shape when Rhonda got a hold of me! I spent several years on meds for back pain and arthritis - I started with Tone Your Temple in April 2010. I started with Pi-Yo (a combo of pilates and yoga) and added a Vivify class (yoga with a focus on gentle stretching and breathing). I just added a weight training class - making progress!
People who know me well are amazed at my new-found flexibility, strength and fitness level - did I mention that I no longer take any prescription meds for joint or muscle pain?
Everyone is unique in their fitness needs - and I see the ladies who participate in Fit Camp as well as the ladies who stay with Vivify. Rhonda is enthusiastic, supportive and encouraging to everyone regardless of fitness level. I would highly recommend this Tone Your Temple - it really has improved my quality of life!
