  • Unbelievable! I took my engagement ring in to have prongs fixed and resized. It was on a Sunday and was supposed to be ready Thursday. Here it is Tuesday and they are just now calling me to say the price I was quoted is wrong and they want another two hundred dollars to do the work. What? Are you kidding me? I was going to buy my enhancer from them but not after this! And guess what.....I have a BIG mouth and you can bet I'll tell everyone and anyone I can! This is not customer service by any means!
