  • I used to love this Chik fil A... then they brought in a new manager who I hardly ever see around. One of the times I actually did see him, he gave my husband and I attitude through the drive thru (completely shocked me considering it was my first bad experience here and it came from the manager). all the employees are always so sweet, but it does seem like they were more attentive to customers before the switch of managers. Not sure if that's related.
