My experience at this location has been great up until recently. For the past few weeks, I have been trying to get my Infiniti serviced there. I've left voicemails and emails with one of their service reps and I'm not exactly sure why it's been such a challenge getting a return call. I even spoke to the answering service and left a message with a live person to be contacted by a service rep and nothing. I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident or if other customers are experiencing the same issues getting in touch with the service department. I understand they may be busy but no call back what's so ever? That's very unprofessional and bad for business. If I had a closer Infiniti dealer to go to, I would not hestitate to go to another location. My wife and I get excellent service at Toyota. Maybe we will make the switch eventually. Customer service is important and this Infiniti is in need of major improvement in that area.
