  • I met this "professional" as she was court appointed to my case to conduct "child interview". Stephanie Holland did child interview behind closed door not audio or video recorded and created damaging report to help other party to win custody... My previous judge Matthew Harter prohibited her on my case based on his experience with her in past. Case moved to Linda Marquis and Holland was brought to my case... From ethics perspective she didn't do Parenting alienation assessment or Custody evaluation but was acted like she did it all. She didn't do any test and didn't collaborate none of her findings... I was left to deal with her "hearsay" testimony and report. I posted her testimony on YouTube for everyone to see. Not only she was the only reason of change of custody that Court solely relied on she also while doing child interview wrote interim recommendations letter directly violating my custodial time... Child interview in FMC costs $50 , Dr Holland charged $6,500. I filed complaint against her and Nevada Board of Psychology is covering her up. Just as example how bought out she was here is her couple finding that were opposite in facts... She was stating that child can't sit no more than 15 seconds and cannot spell his name right. Two teachers testified that my son is straight "A" student. Because my son shakes Barbie house saying "Earthquake!" She said he is aggressive. She asked him to play shouting game and called him aggressive. Because child said mom lives in mountain and her house has no dust but dad lives not in mountain there is a dust (we all know that when in the morning Las Vegas is covered in dust) well Holland use that statement as sign of parenting alienation. Child said he was grounded by dad because he was vomiting and child said daddy was mean to him... Holland concluded that mom teaches child to say daddy is "mean". Child said daddy sneaks homework from backpack Holland concluded that mom teaches child to say daddy is sneaky... I can go on she didn't even verify that my son's name is written unique "Aleksandr" and said child doesn't know how to spell name correctly. Please be aware she is only there to make money she had no problem yo lie in court here her testimony https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gGAQw6PtV80. File emergency motion to pull her out of your case if she was assigned by court. Her entire report was about how bad mother was for buying Xbox and "Call of Duty" game for Christmas stating that dad doesn't let child to play such game. When was crossed examine and her notes were revealed admitted that child played same game on dads days... in her report she put "findings " that child loves to hurt himself since dad was claimed that child was playing adult game... During cross examination she admitted that child never played such games...
