rev:text	First off this rental car company is off site from the main Rental Car Center.. today our family stood in 100 degree weather and waited 20 minutes for he shuttle bus to pick us up. After finally arriving at Fox we stood in line for another 25 minutes, the counter was extremely slow!! Only went with Fox because it was cheaper than the others but I don't think we'd rent here after this. On the up side we did get a brand new car.
