  • They catered my nieces UNLV graduation and did a phenomenal job. Very professional staff and service from beginning to end. The food was incredible!!!!! Had a carving station for the brisket which was perfection that melted in your mouth. I would definitely use them again or simply dine in the restaurant on a regular basis!! John
