  • I wanted to leave a review after an unusual occurrence at this home depot. My girlfriend and I had been waiting for the big July 4th appliance sale. We were in need of a Refrigerator badly. We spent a good hour comparing different models and deciding which one was right for us. It came down to their associate she explained a specific fridge we liked was nicer and a better brand and value. So we made the purchase. The next day we received a call stating they had sold us the improper model. Their signage had gotten moved and the one on display was actually $700 more than the model they charged us for. We were extremely disappointed and returned to the store to deal with the Appliance manager Eric. He showed us the issue and discussed our options. We thought we would be forced into a refund and then reorder the lower model. However Eric was able to do the right thing and make us a deal on the Model we actually thought we purchased initially. Eric was polite, listened to our concerns and went the extra mile to be sure we weren't just content but truly satisfied with our purchase. Really glad to see someone taking pride in their job and giving us excellent customer service. It won't be forgotten and I hope all of you go buy your appliances at Home Depot, especially during July 4th and Black Friday sale(Seriously 25-40% off). Give Eric a pat on the back when you come by this location too.
