  • I agree with the poster from September 1, 2016. The staff at the Food Handler Card office are all extremely rude and especially Karen. She didn't happen to like my address and when I informed her it was my legal address she just shook her head back and forth as it she couldn't be bothered and in fact asked if she had to type in the entire address. REALLY ??? And then she told me she was "allowed" to shake he head back and forth in disapproval. These employees would never make it in the food service industry so probably the reason they are stuck where they are.
