  • We are out of state owners of a rental property in Scottsdale. In October our renter called us worried about what she believed was a mold problem. She said mold was growing out of the bathroom thru the cinder block construction onto the side of the house. Our realtor referred us to ASAP Restoration. After we called and left a message (on a holiday) Josh returned our call almost immediately, he then made an appointment with our renter to be at the home at 8:00 Tuesday morning. Josh examined the growth and was able to reassure both the renter and myself that growth was fully on the exterior emanating from the soil and was not mold, but was a temporary fungus that had sprouted because of excessive rain. Problem solved. We appreciated Josh's rapid return of our call and resolution of the concern of our renter. We will absolutely call on ASAP Restoration again should the need arise.
