  • We got there at 7 o'clock. At 8:40 half of our table got there food, cold. By 9:10 the other half of the table still didn't get our food yet, including the kids. Not once did the manager come speak to us when we ask to speak to him 3 times. We even called ahead to let them know we were coming. Over 2 hours at this restaurant and the kids had to leave hungry bc we ended up leaving. We took them down to Benny's to get some pizza. This was one of my favorite restaurants in charlotte and tonight was very very disappointing. I understand if you're a little behind, but management did absolutely nothing for the customers and I can see that most of the other people in the restaurant was very upset. I'm writing this at 10:00 pm hungry.
