  • Theater is absolutely beautiful and sound quality was awesome! The staff is nicely dressed too. Love the black suits and hot pink ties on the guys. My only complaint is in the seating. The stairs are so steep and hard to navigate. We actually seen a girl fall down several rows. There were so many people who barely made it navigating those stairs. It is a concert venue so I feel that girls in heels, those who are drinking alcoholic beverages and the elderly have to be extremely careful when going up and down the stairs. Why would they design such a steep staircase any where let alone a place where people are most likely drinking alcohol? It's downright dangerous and I foresee many accidents on those stairs. Public safety should be a priority!
