  • This place for being in the cosmopolitan and being high end was a disappointment. I had several issues trying to get dresses for my bridesmaids and overall made my wedding experience bad. One of the first problems with this place was the original sales associate that helped us left and didn't let us know considering the fact he had to let us know when the other dresses would be available. Second, one of my bridesmaids dresses was not available for her, therefore we had to pick something completely different. Third, two of my dresses had stains on them and the majority of the staff was really rude. My husband, bridesmaids and I having worked in a high end customer service industry believe they deserve one star and were completely disappointing. The only reason why I am giving them 3 stars was because Samantha Scholl made everything possible to fix the problem the original associate had made and was the only one that was being helpful when the others were being rude and ignoring us. Thank you Samantha. But I won't be shopping here again and would not recommend it.
