  • I purchased some recommended salon products from this salon. I used them once and they did not do well on my hair. I tried to exchange them for a different type that might work better on my hair, and they would not exchange the two products. Not only would they not exchange it they gave me the run around for approx. 30 minutes. The first excuse, it was a new policy just put in place no exchanges. I purchased the products on wednesday and returned it Monday, My first day off from work since I purchased the products. They were so disorganized and rude. I will never step foot in this salon again. I only used the product once, It did not seem like a big deal.
