  • I went to Diya for the first time this morning and was immediately greeted by KP, who was my technician. She was warm, professional and asked me if my pain level was okay throughout the service. I only got my eyebrows threaded and, even though it's been a while and I figured it might take a little longer to be done, she was thorough and quick as she worked. KP said she would show me what my brows looked like after she cleaned them up and that she would make them thinner and adjust their shape if I thought they were too thick. I love that, and really appreciate it as I was a first-time customer who might have specific tastes or expectations. $10 for eyebrow threading. She included a brief but wonderful eyebrow and temple pressure massage while applying cooling gel when she was done. Lovely touch. Happy to give her a $5 tip. I finally found a regular spot. Worth a visit if you're curious! They also have a rewards system. $1 = 1 point, and after so many points, you receive a free service. (And, it might have been because I was the first customer and walked in right after opening, but the store was immaculate.) Thank you, KP. You are wonderful and the best eyebrow tech I've met since moving to Las Vegas.
