Well, the manager, Rhonda, was very accommodating due to the improvements to the floors (which created dust that seeped into my unit and sometimes the workers made it difficult to park near my unit). However, this is understandable when trying to give a facelift to a concrete structure. She was very understanding and explained why this was being done. She was also beaming with pride because of the improvements that her location was being given and how it will be easier for her employees to clean and the extra security monitors that will make it a safer place to use and work at. I don't believe that she owns the place, but she treats it like it's her baby. To find an employee that truly cares about where she works is very difficult to find now a days. So, I take my hat off to a fantastic manager and crew.
