| - A joke, my wife is/was very ill, when she arrived via transfer for a second opinion. The first couple of hours were great, then find out no sleep aloud! They put someone in the room with her, and all the lady did was scream and wail (top of the lungs, made horror movie screams seem calm, cool, and collected) almost constantly, clinic employees apologized, and said would transfer her to a quieter room. 2 days for a very sick mother of 2 to be denied sleep. They made no attempt to make things better. Day 3, there 1 day to sleep Several times the staff just closed the door when she was screaming. Ombudsman does not answer phone when pamphlet, staff, and signs says they should be open, patients have 0.0 rights here. She was told if she had 130(plus) more, she can sleep! By the floor nurse, because it would cost more. And all other private rooms are reserved. They told her they were going to discharge her, 8pm, then decided 1 more night without sleep is needed, gonna keep her till 8-10am tomorrow. She was told would need iv antibiotics, then told here oral, then changed back to iv. They seemed to have no clue. They have signs all over the hospital talking about "HUSH" so you can heal, but put you in a room where someone screams all night and sleep is not possible. A very POOR experience. I Recommend a place where your health matters , and that is not here. This place is for the heart, or epilepsy, otherwise RUNaway!
