  • I had ordered a "Tiramisu" cake for my wife's birthday in January because she loves Tiramisu. LVCC's website said they have a Tiramisu cake, which a lot of bakeries don't do, so I thought this will be perfect. So I pick up the cake on Monday morning the week of her birthday and I ask the gentleman who works there "It is Tiramisu right" and he says "Yes it is". I thought all was good but in our opinion it just was not right. So I called them the next morning and they told us to come by and they would sample the cake. They said yes it isn't very much "Tiramisu" flavor so take the rest of this cake if you want and we will give you 100% credit towards in the future, just let us know when you want another cake and we will make right with you. Well I have to say here we are in July and I ordered that replacement cake and it was the best. We had a few people over for our daughters birthday and everyone loved it. My wife even said this is so much better than the first one. We will definitely let our friends know about their wonderful cakes and we loved it. We will also buy here again in the future.
