  • Terrible experience. They didn't send a large enough truck, which gives them an out for charging more for a second truck. They train their men to have their paperwork initialed or signed before they even start, which you'll later find out could be a problem for you. You shouldn't have to sign any releases,but their lead guy requires it, or they don't start. They know they have you held hostage,because you need to move,and usually under a lot of stress to get out on schedule,and it is hard to find another mover on short notice. Then they couldn't return on schedule,and charged extra for extra men late into the evening, and they were wore out, tired,complaining the whole time. There is so much more to complain about this company! Then the damaged furniture shows up,which they promised was covered by their insurance,and they lie and cheat their way out of submitting a claim to their insurance. They want to pay us off with a stiple $90.00.... They over charged the move by several hundred dollars, but threaten to keep racking up daily storage fees, if not paid. This is the worst moving experience we have ever had.
